Trip Report: Eastern Plains

Met up with Max13 + 1 this morning to take him out to Deer Trail. Went well, better than expected. Deer Trail seems like its the same as the last time I was there. Led them throughout the silo complex, and bailed. On the way back showed him three others silo complexes. No accessing them today however. Looks like I'm going to need a full moon for most of them, and maybe a driver. Also stopped by Strausberg on the way back and checked out some old grain silos and old train cars... he has good eyes for spotting interesting things. On the way to dropping them off we spotted an old school and an old building with another grain silo attached. Anyhow, here's some shots from today.

the rest and more.

#1 and 2 Are absolutely fantastic. Straighten the horizon on #2 a bit, and you've got a major winner! I'm jealous, beautifully done

Kinda? The walkways in the tubes were dry and some of the junctions were also dry but some were flooded. It was about half and half.
