	Anyone lightpaint with lasers? I just got one and I'm hope'n to mount it on a tripod so the beam is steady and visible on a long exposure, and take it inna drain to see how it'll look.

	They're great for very controlled color light. I bet fog would give you all the typical lasershow effects. Combine lasers with finely foamed soap, or a block of dry ice... I've been meaning to make some $$ on side projects and then blow it on a purple and a green laser. [last edit 10/1/2009 6:59 PM by AnAppleSnail - edited 1 times]

	There has to be scope for novel and innovative light painting with lasers, but I can't say I've seen it yet.

Yeah. I've been working on it but no great results so far - the greenglow water is about the coolest I've come up with, aside from obvious fog/spray lines.

	still in testing phase.... My physics teacher always warned us when a laser penetrates your eyeball and burns you retina, you won't feel any pain.

They're on these clip things- I rearrange & swap them from time to time, so my walls are always fresh.

	EDIT'd post 1.1 mounting it on a tripod, achieves a steady beam. Its hitting one of those maglite traffic wands/ _{dild0 diffuser} [last edit 10/11/2009 10:39 PM by hilite - edited 2 times]
