always run.

Only if you're 100% sure you can get away or you run before the cop even knows you're there.

If they see you run and they catch you, you're fucked.

Just the other night me and my friend came literally face to face with a cop in a building we broke into to get to the roof of. We booked it and climbed a fire escape a few blocks away to get off the street. From the roof we see a total of 8 police cars flocking from all directions to the area of the building we had just been in.

Always run.

Some people have the gift of getting away and others, well... not so much. It is all a case by case deal.

I thought I could run once with 100% certainty that I was going to get away with it. I was on my own property(not UE related) in the winter. I know every inch of my 45 acres. Those little State Troopers can freakin run. I stopped just short of him jumping me and cramming my face into the snow covered ground. So much for getting to the other road so they could not track me and hitching a ride.

A mirage is not an optical illusion. It is a real phenomenon, and one can take photographs of it. The interpretation of the image, however, is up to the fantasy of the human mind.

Did they find you burning your neighbors sofa on his lawn again?

HA! I am such a redneck that I would have stood right there and admitted to the burning. Offered the nice officer a marshmallow and a stick fer sure.

It was only one cop? If you had run you probably could have gotten away. Unless you are physically backed into a corner, always run.

We didn't know he was there until he was literally about twenty feet away, and then we thought it was the guy we'd come with. Besides the fact that we weren't doing anything (seriously) wrong, and that damn bridge is going to be open in less than a month anyway. I figured the risks outweighed the possible advantages.

Always run.

hmm. i'd agree except for the possibility of being assraped by the cops who think a guy running is a methhead babykiller. I say hide and avoid, never run. Never been booked, its easier to talk your way out of it. I got busted on U.S. Marshall controlled land before and blackomegax and I talked enough shit to be let go.

I've known two people that had guns drawn on them on two separate instances after cops pulled them over and saw (realistic looking) airsoft guns in their cars.

Moral of the story? Think before you run if you have something that resembles a gun.

It's always your word versus theirs, and they're the ones in bed with the local politicians and judges

You can't run from a moronic cop's bullets! I'd take my chances running nowadays with all these green idiots they have on the force.

Went to court today. Injektilo had the brilliant idea of printing out the photo he took on the bridge for whoever was in charge of the project, and the judge let us go with only court fees, which come out to $125. We could have had community service instead, but we all opted for the fine. Not bad, considering what it could have been.

No, just arrested. We didn't even get handcuffs, as we all had pretty clean records.

I would like to point out that I have a *not* so clean record, ha. Let's see, one arrest for 4 class D felonies in 2008, another for two class A misdemeanors this past April... this arrest was cake.

Finally paid my fine yesterday. I went to court Friday as promised, but they were CLOSED. WTF?

Had the statie looked at my record more thoroughly, he'd have probably booked my ass.

Thank god for no convictions though!
