Every online store and local store i search still have Glaser Safety Slugs and Extreme Shock in stock. Im just going to buy a box of Glaser or Extreme Shock because they are just for the house in case someone breaks in.

Summer is coming and i like to leave windows open at night, or else the house is unbearable.

44? How about 38 special? Took me a month to find 2 boxes of Winchester 38 at Academy in Austin....and I had to send my GF to a different Academy in San Antonio because you can only buy one box at the time... Insane!

The Wal-Mart here recently implemented a store policy that states that a given person can only purchase six ammo items per day.

This is a good thing because there was a problem with some distributors coming in and just buying everything whenever they would get a shipment in. However, they were still pretty much out of .40S&W, but I did go ahead and pick up a couple boxes of 9mm and 22LR.

I went ammo searching today, and found EMPTY shelves.

Every store here is empty. Big chain or local yokel. Even .22's are limited to 1 box. It's friggin' ridiculous.

The outdoor store guys were complaining about our president. The shelves were empty of guns and ammo. They are idiots. Obviously they are selling better than ever. WTF are they complaining about?

Consumers should be the ones complaining!

Me and a few buddies are having trouble finding 9mm ammo locally.

Every time I visit local area matrix of Walmart locations, I get same all story...We haven't received any handgun ammo in weeks...Truth or not, I don't know. For now I'm sticking with Academy.

Worst case, if you want to pay the hazmat fee i can ship some down from up here in AK. we've got practically everything in stock. Heck the walmart has 40k+ of .223 alone on the shelves.

Ammo in general is hard to find.

9mm Parabellum is like impossible. All the stores are out. I saw the sign for a weekend gun show and went on Friday night as soon as they opened and found only one dealer with 9mm. The rest of the ammo guys were out of 9mm.

How is it that one of the most common rounds in the world is impossible to find. I'm blaming it on Obama paranoia.
