The fact that one of the four is receiving much worse treatment than the other three probably means that the others agreed to corroborate the story against him while receiving lesser penalties. I think he deserves it, but it is worth mentioning that the other three were probably fine with selling out their friend. Of course this is all supposition.

Also it is pretty bad state of affairs when you are 31 and can not scrape together $5000 to get yourself out of jail.

actually i thought one of the other people who was charged bailed him out. and you only have to post 10 percent of 5 grand. so he posted 500 dollars.

Not last time I checked the news. DHS still says no as of a week ago.

No, He was bailed out by one of the people that were charged with him.

I asked him if he let Jamie squirm for a day or two & the person said no..he bailed him out immediately. So, he has been out & about.

Look I'll say it if no one else wants to. Those supposedly involved to the best of my knowledge are
c cens r ored s
N censored X
B censored s formerly mxxxxxxxxxxx9
and a one person whose screen name I don't know
And of course the one stirring up all the drama on the Greystone thread was
SarahMccensored Whom I understand was not present at the time of the alleged events.

Haha...

On the topic- heads up

One of those five people censored mentioned here declared that she was going to incriminate me (on something I cannot exactly be incriminated for) to a former employer. Doesn't do jack shit, given that it is a former employer, but I wanted to let you all know what we are up again. Be careful if any of those parties mentioned know your personal info.

those five people censored

Maybe I've missed something here, because I wasn't paying too much attention to the greystone stuff (had matters in my own neck of the woods to handle, and am very busy in real life), but ... Why does everybody keep *censoring* names?

I don't get it. We've never just *censored* any possible crime-committers on UER, especially in this type of crime. So ... why the censoring? Was there a repercussion somewhere?

Innocent question. Thanks <3

Finally, read the entire thread. Here is what I think:

1. People do not know the damn law. They were not charges only arrested. It takes awhile to be formally charged with a crime ( The DA can choose what to charge and it can be totally different from the arrest).....The more smack and shit you talk and I am sure the cops will come here the more evidence.

2. Should of been locked a long time ago

3.3 Members should of been temp. banned. I find that one of these members constantly flames people, draws out conflict, post spam and is never punished.

4. The thread should of been locked ages ago.

^ Better grammar freaks?

The one thing everybody keeps overlooking... just b/c they have not been charged, DOES NOT mean they're innocent, nor does it mean that they are guilty. What if DHS drops the investigation under the decision that it is more important to allocate funds to ensure a speedy demo of Greystone so that they do not have to worry about vandalism anymore? Does that make them 'innocent'? 'Guilty'?

Whether or not they're charged or actually proven guilty by the justice system is irrelevant to me.

As far as I see it, they're guilty. The evidence here is against them - they've done this shit (no pun intended) in the past and, like dumb children, probably haven't learned their lesson and will do it again.

Because back when this thing started on the main board people did mention names and those posts were deleted and the threads locked.

Nothing is being censored! You're replying to posts that are months old. The newspaper named 4 people being charged, full names and everything (except the minor) and the link/article is posted at least 10 times on these boards. Open your eyes and read instead of just hopping on the bloodthirsty bandwagon. When people were first being accused, names were removed because people started posting personal information and accusing random people who they simply didn't like that had nothing to do with the incident. If the names are still being censored I don't why or who is doing it.

???

This post is not even two weeks old and Gstone event happened a tiny bit over a month ago... not "months" ago.

And everybody gets the "censored" bit, so I am not going to even bother to elaborate on that.

Well not the exact post perse, but the censorship of the names is an old subject. The whole thing started 8/20/08. I guess a little over a month ago, but it does seem like more. Either way, nothing's being censored anymore.

What Action is saying is that you guys don't have to censor the names, anymore. It was more just a precaution during all the chaos when word got out and shit kind of hit the fan. So don't worry about censoring that stuff, anymore. It is okay <3
