First Post and Theme
entry by insainly sound

Welcome to the sick twisted mind of well me. I decided to start a journal in what will be a vain attempt to catalog my explorations in a different way. I'm attempting to provide a context that isn't purely photograph, historical, or preservationist. I'm going to try to take a holistic view of every exploration I take. Attempting to not only tell the story of the site from a past, present, and future stand point, but instead include the story of the adventure into the site, the people and places that are in the site. Basically I am going to try to use photography to not only tell the story of the site, but also the explorers that enter the site.

I encourage other explorers to use this space to tell their stories too, but please remain in the same style. I feel that this is a large part of urban exploring that is often forgotten... The explorers.
