I love those things, especially the hand cranked ones that leads to inconsistent film speed. They belong in museums, so unless you're willing to shell-out, you won't be getting your hands on one.
The one you're thinking about is a Bell & howell 2709. It was the first camera used by fox studios, and was very popular at the time. Any for sale today are price by request, but you can buy Charlie Chaplin's 2709 for
only 70,000-90,000GBP.
The Bell & Howell 2709 was a hand-cranked 35mm camera that became the
mainstay of Hollywood silent movie production upon its introduction in 1911. In
fact, nearly every major Hollywood production of the era was shot on a 2709 or its
competitor, the Mitchell Standard. Unbelievably, this model remained in production into the 1950s.
