Little place between Williams and Flagstaff

This weekend, on the way back from the Grand Canyon, I saw these three structures right off exit 178 along 40. I didn't go in (had the wife with me) or take exteriors (I'm a lameass) but it looks to be a house and two garages or something, all very ramshackle. A bright new chain across the entrace road does make me wonder if someone is using these in some way, though...
