What fantastic photos..Looking at them you can just imagine the kids laughing and screaming there.. And then the last photo sure sums it up, into the Abyss.

Thanks for sharing.

The shot of the water hooked me; but then, I love the water & light reflecting off it.

Not located in the LDB?

Thanks for the great pics...I enjoy seeing the old parks.

Like a half an hour away. It was nice not having to drive so far. I'll probably go back and take more pics sometime this summer.

A friend of mine lives in the neighborhood you have to cut through to get to the park. Back before parts of it either burned, crumbled, or were destroyed or stolen, his parents took a couple of benches and put them in their back yard. I've heard other similar stories.

I was told there isn't much left and that it isn't worth going, but your pictures have renewed my desire to go there, since it looks like at least a few of the best parts are still around. When were these taken?

I love the picture of the teacup-looking ride!

This city is my jungle gym...Look at this big great world that we live in...There's lots of fun to be had on these streets...We can take a ride, just you and me...It's a jungle gym

These pictures were taken in May, but don't get your hopes up. It wasn't too fascinating there. If you live within a 45 minute drive, then go for it. But anything else I feel you'll be disappointed.

Looks to be a rather enchanting place to explore just because of the idea of an amusement park as being such a cheerful place, and yet it's like a ghost town of a park. definitely interesting.

Hey yeah you, fat ass. Not interested.

Abandoned amusement park near Medina, Oh. Here's a few pics.

Nice find.
I continue to be fascinated by the fact that these locations, which locals find nuisances, are so fascinating and beautiful to so many.
I had an opportunity to visit this location in the spring and I declined and instead went to an industrial site near Perry. Big oops for me, this is a fascinating looking site.

Wow. Simply stunning, YellowSnow. Very great pictures! Sometime I hope to make it out that way. This appears to be the very ideal one immagines when contemplating the notion of an "abandoned amusement park." Very cool. Great website, too! Keep up the good work!
