I was being lazy. That lattice must weigh 200lb. http://i42.photobu...12MUCHStronger.jpg
"Someone noticing" was not an issue at this site as that window is around back and not accessible by vehicle. I am not sure how anyone found it to follow in my footsteps to be honest, but I digress. Here is a numbered list.

You could get caught.
-If security does notice your entry location you will be easily spotted returning.

You could get caught.
-If they do notice it they will lock the place down and getting back in will suck.

Someone could follow you.
-Another UER may not appreciate an obvious security breach you caused. Finding a way in is half the fun.

Someone could follow you.
-Vandals, miscreants, and other people you may not want to meet in a dark abandoned building for instance.

Plus, you could get caught, and that is bad. So Yeah.
