| Exploration #: Codes and Their Meanings. entry by Mellon_Collie 11/13/2005 10:55 PM
| The syntax for the Exploration Codes is as follows: The 1st number indicates the number of times I have been to that location. The 2nd number, which is preceded by a period, is the exploration number. Every site has a unique exploration number. Exploration numbers are assigned sequentially, starting with the number 1, in the order they are visited. The 3rd number, which is preceded by a dash indicates the type of exploration. 0 - Means I have not physically been there. 1 - Means I scouted the location. 2 - Would be a successful exploration. 3 - Would be a failed exploration. There will likely be more codes created in the future, as necessary. The 4th number, which is also preceded by a dash indicates that particular visit to the site's rating.
