These are photos from: http://www.uer.ca/...d=1&threadid=22240
I just put them all in a consistent format. This place is crazy colorful. Reminds me a lot of the Grapevine Mills Mall (Grapevine, TX)

Interesting. I've always thought there was something erie about abandoned malls.

The following sentence is false. The preceding sentence is true.

i worked on a survey crew in '97 doing 121, and it was abandoned then. like no damage, no graff, just sealed up.time has done wonders for the place...it's much cooler now.

quite perhaps one of the most beautiful things ive seen...

but then again, i listen to 80s music, and watch 80s movies... and pretty much live then...

of course, here in buffalo, theres plenty of abandoned sites, but for some reason all the old malls have either been upgraded or turned into office parks... or torn down in one case.

nice shots, i would jump at the chance to see this place, if i were around there.

I think a mall would be one of the top UE sites I'd like to get in. That or an abandoned school.

wow. that place hasn't had a stitch of maintainance in 2 years. i wonder why they fix it now? i wonder if maybe it got a lot of attention here lately. do you think maybe someone might have posted something on the internet in a public forum? perhaps a lot of activity in the area lately? maybe someone PARKING in the freaking parking lot?

could be, i know i'm not the only one that's gone in there. the way i got in was seriously man-handled between my visits. there's also been additions to the graffiti and the collection of beer bottles.

those endless neighborhoods of McMansions weren't out there when that place was closed. oh, yeah, i guess those neighborhoods are full of dumbass kids. i've seen some really bad skaters in the parking lot. i got run off there a long time ago by some cop who thought i was there to dump construction scrap (nope, just eating a sandwich in my van under a tree).
super cool place and nice pics.

super cool place and nice pics.

thanks, it's definitely the most interesting place i've seen. i'm going to give it some time before i head back. there's still parts in there i haven't checked out, like the mall offices. i didn't have my flashlight the last time and i never stayed for more than 20 minutes per "visit."

Those pictures are really cool, they remind me of "Are You Afraid of the Dark" the TV show, especially the last one. I dont know why. The whole thing looks surreal.
