When you thought I wouldnt fill you in. I finally get a day off. Now some of you bitches contribute to the board as well.... please.
You will probably have to right click on the photo and look at each one that way.
essentially the main trick is to get up to the top and vault over the top as best you can. He says if your being chased if you straddle the fence, or mess up you will injure yourself far more then you will vaulting it. This usually means not trying to vault anything over about 8 feet or so. This is where practice comes in.
Also fifty feet of space from your pursuers is required before you attempt a jump.
The first photo has some text that explains the concept of running up a wall instead of trying to jump up. The top part shows how you should move and where to force your kick.
This photo obviously applies to how your foot or booted foot comes in contact with the wall. Pretty self explanitory.
You can see here the Author talking about the Center of Gravity of your body. Just remember to get it above the fence.
Lastly this photo shows that you shouldnt have your thumb close to the fence. He explains that if you jump over with the thumb on the inside your weight can force your hand off the top.
P.S. There will be more when I get some feed back of interest.
