bone fingers are pointy and calloused. they are tinted with blood, sweat and tears. bone fingers grasp at straws disguised as dollars. bone fingers are all work and no play. they are cheapened and emotionless like a puppy made of dried clay. they won't play catch or the violin. bone fingers twitch and shake. they tremble and ache. sometimes they stay awake all night worrying about tomorrow. tomorrow means another exhaustive struggle against an invisible foe. bone fingers know this but can't seem to find the right moment. timing is everything for bone fingers. scared and restless and reckless all at once, bone fingers need a hand to guide them.
