IRONY

What's the most ironic place you can explore while dressed in suits and ties? That's right - the sewers! As D_Wrex and I headed to the decided destination, we popped open some random manholes along the way. Nothing terribly interesting, but wearing suits and ties while doing ANYTHING makes you more legitimate.
When we got into the sewers, we explored sections that neither of us had previously been to. There were a high number of rats scurrying around the dark hallways, and we'd occasionally hear them screeching in the distance. We took a lot of good pictures in the rat-infested sections. Those rodents are evil, I tell you! I was videotaping one as I walked by slowly, and it stared at me with pure hostility. I was actually afraid that it was going to pounce on me and start biting my neck.
Eventually, we decided to check out some of the side passages. One in particular looked promising, but it was really hard to get in. It was sloped at an angle which was geared to spit us back out with the pee that was flowing out of the pipe. D helped me up first, then I tied a rope up and helped him inside. Immediately, D screamed out something about a spider. I looked down and beheld a spider which, frankly, scared the shit out of me. It was like no other spider we had ever seen before. I can't really describe it, but it was from hell, for sure - and it WOULDN'T die!! We tried to kill it many times, but it kept charging at us!! We climbed up a wall and got into what turned out to be another tunnel! Thank God!
We made our way out alive once again, but how many times does it take before we don't?
