Almost-forgotten piece of Washington broadcasting history

This was the original transmitter building for WOL when it was on 1260 kHz. According to Walt Starling, in this November 2003 post on the DCRTV site, there were two towers behind this building that were dismantled in 1948, in a field that's now an apartment complex. It most recently served as a real estate office. 5855 Ager Road, Hyattsville, Maryland.
