What is with the retarded Chicago 10:30, 11:30 sat and sunday curfew?! The mayor says it will cut down on crime. It's like illegalising(is that even a word?) lying since the crimes they could commit during the curfew are already illegal! The cop's here during the curfew keep arresting kids until their car is full, and taking them to the cop station to be picked up by their parents.

	Is it for kids only ? Alot of cities have that, its so quiet in Savannah at night sometimes cause of it.

	I think it's under 18, but they like to enforce it under 21.
