This weekend I had a LARP which was really really cool. It lacked just one thing: sleep

This morning I took a look at the kitchen. It was clean when I left friday morning, but now it was a gigantic mess, which is weird as Rutger bought a new dishwasher.

My girlfriend, who is not living here, was putting things in the dishwasher, and I started helping her, saying to the people in the kitchen: "Shouldn't you be doing this? When I left it was clean." Tim then said that some work would be good for me. I pushed him and yelled at him how I was so seriously pissed off about how I clean other people's mess every day.

Then he put down his dirty coffe mug on the counter, instead in the dishwasher, saying "this is also dirty". I then poked him and said "can't you put that in the dishwasher", he said "no".

I then lost myself and really kicked him. I'm never much of an agressive person, and even if I swear, it's mostly directed at my computer.

Luckily my gf stepped between us and directed me to my room, where I started crying, partially from releasing tension and partially from being so tired.

I physically attacked someone for the first time since primary school, and though it was wrong and it didn't feel good, I do not regret it.

I just hope he learnt a lesson from this, or this will not be the last time I'm attacking him.

	Get a punching bag and let 'er rip when ya get pissed off. That or an old door. they both work wonders on teh strength issue and the release of your anger.
