| End of the world... entry by andrea 10/18/2004 4:52 AM
| This is my first journal entry, YAY ! Party ! Ok thats enough. Anyway, I did some UE for the first time in a long time with Mark this weekend. We drove all over Savannah and I showed him alot of stuff, the race track, the arcade, and the hospital that has so much huff surrounding it. He saw how active it was and said screw it. Since I am really broke right now he was kind enough to let me drive his car to show him around. My car has no gas in it, he also treated me to a nice lunch. Thanks Mark! I have always loved the race track, but they closed the road down so you can't really drive on it very often. Its still easy to get onto, jsut your not supposed to be there, bodies were being dumped even though there are alot better body dumping places in Savannah. When I had my little car I would loove to go back there and test the AWD. The arcade is very cool, it makes me wish I was taking a photography class and knew some really skinny cracked out looking chic. I would love to do a shoot with a model there. The graffiti and all the cinder block just has a very end-of-the-world-dust-bowl-Mad-Max feel to it. Its like a place they would shoot a music video. I did some photochops and got rid of the signage and powerlines in a few of the shots, I upped the contrast too. I wish I had a good camera. I can only do so much with my point and click Fuji.
