2023 was a fantastic year for me exploring-wise. While I explored less locations than in 2022, I feel that the quality of locations I visted is by-and-large much higher. I explored a lot with old friends but also made a lot of new great friends. I also moved to the midwest and so far I've had a fantastic time.

If you know me, you know I love churches and they were my most visited kind of location. Last year, I made it a goal to visit more old theaters and movie palaces this year and thus they were my second most visited type of place.
I visited 121 unique locations this year. Because of the sensitivity of many of these locations, I will only be including photos of a fraction of them.

I have an unrelenting industrial fascination too. I've been trying to hit some churches in my area but I have been failing badly at infiltrating them. Just bad off days.

It looks like the midwest has extraordinary goodies.

The diversity of location types here is something else.
I ran through all these shots earlier today and didn't get a chance to respond, and then finally settled in to check more forum posts after dinner. But I clicked on Razzyt's first and was getting weird, confused deja-vus as to whether I had seen his post or not. Seeing the vault doors and the dual lamps in the medical room... now it all makes sense!
