The abandoned house on Tyee Point is no more. I imagine most of the old heads on UER were waiting for this to happen. Disappointing to see especially since I was planning on showing the spot to some friends this winter. Pretty sad but also a great example as to why basic and full memberships exist.

	Seems to be arson. I am not sure if there is confirmation yet but the forest around the house is clearly not where the fire started.

	Just found out about this when I took the ferry a couple weeks ago. Anyone remember when it was still full of everything the last owner had, and the porsche was still in the driveway?
