“Twas a dark and stormy night” had no place for the night and a bottle to drink so I did my normal meandering climbing a few small roofs and came across some train tracks I followed em for a while and saw a big green tower with some easily reachable poe on the roof behind some fence and sure enough found a gap underneath big enough for me and my bag to slide under I do the climb have some drinks and find a unlocked door on the roof obviously I enter it goes up 2 floors with just planks and wooden stairs covered in some sawdust looking stuff and I mean coated the vodka didn’t help but on the way to the tippy top inside I slipped and fell hard fricton burn on my elbow and a cut on my hand later I found another unlocked door just to realize my drinks were in my bag propping open the first door didn’t fall on the way back luckily secured the bag and just drank on the roof by the ladder to scared to smoke from all the dust got down the ladders somehow walked back down the tracks and passed out in a field a few kms down was a few months back ain’t seen anything change tempted to go again everything else here sucks
Be glad to explore with some others in the leduc wetaskawin area but it all seems to be squatters ;-;

Remains of a half demoed dairy farm local to me mostly scouting didn’t wanna go to far alone/at day evidence of squatters+ farm land “development” the main buildings are behind it in the middle of a overgrown field by active tracks+highway and industrial sites galore on the other side

did a little drain lurking didn’t go to far in since it’s right next to a sinkhole and it rained a few days back and non ideal footwear pictures once I get to a pc :3 was surprisingly good enjoyable smell wasn’t even that bad

some punctuation would go a long way.

went with a fren a few nights ago they boarded my poe but roof access still getting used to taking photos as well as the substances :3

I would be interested in checking it out sometime. I just moved to Alberta from BC in the summer and want to get out and explore the province more.

This might have actually been useful this last summer when I visited. Moving this post to the regional forum.
