This construction site appears to have been completed and opened as an active subway tunnel. It has not been in the same state as it was for years. You can still explore the active subway tunnel, and many people do, but it comes with a host of new issues and risks. For one, avoiding the trains themselves, secondly, avoiding security and cameras. Explore at your own risk.
