Flickr pissed me off. I was getting sick of bots favouriting my photos for creepy collections, dead groups, and generally poorly moderated content on the site. I quit uploading things for a few years, and as such, stopped posting here too.
After a while of searching for a better website, I haven't found one good enough to justify moving my decades worth of photos to that offers anything more that I need.
Anyways, I've decided to come back, and with that, I'm uploading more and more from the years I've been offline.
What's changed in the last 3 years? I've been flying for a medevac company that has been quite busy over the past years for obvious reasons. I'm now the father of a baby girl. I recently returned from flight training in America, which was on pause during covid, and am now a captain. With things finally opening up again in our area, I've been able to approach land owners and get access to places I've been waiting to see for quite some time.
Here comes the first photos from my 3 year collection of explores.
I am opening the floodgates.
These are all snippets from small abandoned homes around where I live.

OFF TOPIC PHOTO:
I witnessed a literal dumpster fire in Winnipeg. ...and I guess it's the photo to sum up what we've all been going through, haha.
