Looking at property in a few areas, trying to get a bit closer to family up near Des Moines and IA, as well as get out of the Texas summer heat!

While researching property, I came across a Building that sets Right behind what was St Vincents Sanitarium, now an Apartment complex and Hospital, nice they saved it. The property is up for Auction at the end of the month but typical of Auction listings other than a couple of exterior pics there is nothing on what's inside or even what it was. It def looks like it was part of the complex at one time as it across from what appears to be the main maintenance building. Tried searching on here but not much about the place as well as searching in general, especially for a site map but didnt find anything.

Curious of anyone might know anything about it or would be willing to do a bit of exploring to see if you could find anything out on it. I'm always up for a drive but just no way right now I can do an 11 hour trip each way to check it out. Feel free to DM or just post. Thanks in advance if anyone can help!
