Another set from earlier this year. The forest fires were still going on, but fortunately the smoke was mostly headed away from this place. I left with more questions than I brought...why was there a train in the hangar? The fuck's with those hubcaps? Tragically, for whatever reason I chose to turn on flash for one of those shots rather than check my camera settings to realize I had a super narrow f-stop. I blame the delerium of quitting smoking. That's one shot lost, but whatever...it's worth the accomplishment.

Great shots! Sadly we only have Nike sites in my area. I want to drive/fly out west and try to hit a lot of the Atlas and Titan IIs out there soon.

I swear I saw a doc about a guy living in what I think is this place. He was trying to dig down into "some secret government tunnels" I cannot seem to find the doc now but the hub caps im pretty sure I remember.
