Built in 1966, closed in 2010 when a new hospital/nursing home was built. Vacant since, besides SWAT training.
Recently sold and locked up tight. Happened to stop by on a day the owner was doing some landscaping - shot the shit and got a tour.

North Texas is experiencing a resurgence of demolition, my heart breaks every time I see another go down. I know they are mostly just derelict buildings but there is just something very sad about their destruction.
