After we entered we figured the building was stripped on the inside and we most likely did not need respirators.

It looks like they are going to restore this place soon, since they gutted the inside of the building and had construction going on on the outside.

Getting to the roof was not very hard.

If anyone feels like going to this place go soon, due to its imminent restoration. But be warned we had to sneak past a security guard in a car and had to pull some sorcery to teleport behind a boarded up window.
