... It's an old abandoned mining town in Southern Oregon. That's what it is. Ha, no this was a fun little explore just for a quick trip. It was a dry mining down had 2 churches and no bars. You had to ride your horse down to Placer for booze. One church belonged the Campbellites. Here are some pics. Sorry for some of the quality my camera phone hates the sun. Damn vampire phone.

So was I. I think it's part of the Historic Society or something so some of the buildings are maintained. So maybe it's not really abandoned lol. It was cool to explore and doors where open to buildings so you could just walk in.
