Nice find!

The bathtub reminds me of Breaking Bad, especially with the red splatters. Cool place!

I honestly have no idea what the story is on that tub- there were paint cans in the corner of the room but it's not a typical paint splatter pattern. This was the trip of creepy bathrooms for sure.

Probably goes without saying the blood is probably fake as the hemoglobin degrades pretty rapidly. http://www.fortechs.com/technology.html

Also splatter pattern makes no sense (note slashes on the wall but none on the side of the tub and only small splotches in the tub, floor and on the toilet).

Thank you for the warm welcome! No, I climbed in and around that building but didn't trek up the wooden stairs (I much prefer metal structure stairs like #14). Didn't appear to have a rooftop POE, the steps looked mighty rickety, and I'm very injury adverse.
