Both times I've visited, guy in the trailer's dog barked when I was close and he rolled up in his pickup to tell me to fuck off.

I left my number with the Fish and Wildlife place up near the park, they go in occasionally for research (saw their boat tied to the dock outside the cite).

We saw those people, just avoided them. Saw the dog too but not until we were on a higher floor. We quietly left and came in. Multiple ways though, not sure which way you did.

I've tried the trails from both sides with the same result. Maybe I need to take a bath :sigh:

However, there are some foundations covered in iny across the river where I took the picture. real cool but my phone didn't have the contrast to get a good pic.

I was just at this location this weekend. You guys are correct that there's two sites... the older and newer brewery. I wish I would have spent more time at the old building. I saw the trailer and its resident and figured it was a caregiver. He was outside moving stuff around at the time so I left after only being there for a few minutes.

As far as the new site goes, I spent about 4 hours there and the only other people I saw were some railroad workers who ignored me. Someone apparently decided to put pink duct tape around all the door jambs to tell if people had entered. Lots of the pink tape was broken and access was relatively easy. A couple of the warehouses and the big glass office buildings were the only things really locked up tight.

Awesome, I always wondered what those enclosed walkways looked like from the inside. Good job

"See you guys, you never listen to me. I said there was gonna be trouble but you didn't listen to me. You guys are crazy. You know, you guys are self destructive. There's a funny farm and it has your names written all over it. But I'm gettin' out of here. I'm... I smell ice cream!"

Teaser! Where are the rest of the photos? Little blurry but I still think the angle is fun. Greasy hands? Why? I've been to the older section of the brewery/the old brewery, but have yet to make it inside the newer now also abandoned parts .

Weird that they would grease the handrails. Maybe some snow boarders or skate boarders doing some grinds. Doubt that one though. I heard through the grape vine that the security at that compound the new segment did some pretty over the top booby trap like security measures. Like laying out sand or white powder on some of the floor surfaces to trace foot steps ect. Since I heard of such I have seen and heard plenty of peeps make it in. So perhaps the security has taken rest.

They greased anything that they could find that might be used to climb up and in. In addition to making it more difficult to climb stuff, the grease on your hands can prove you were messing around trying to get in if you get caught on the property

Daaang. Hardcore security. I've been to so many places and never seen such extremities. I'm guessing you have? But maybe you already shared that story in the extreme security measure thread. Wait is there one? I know there is a most ridiculous security measure thread. But I can't recall there being a actual most extreme one. Okay sort of getting off topic to the "Abandoned Brewery" sorry.
