It's neat to see this place again. You sure picked a dark and spooky day to go check it out! I recommend you return in the spring or summer, when all the vegetation has returned, it's pretty cool.

Thanks for sharing, Seahawk!

PS... Hoping that I'll see you at the Meet & Greet this Saturday. More info can be found here:

It's definitely an interesting location that was a great photo subject and I actually prefer the gloomy days (bad weather makes good photos).

I'm waiting to see if my schedule clears up but if it does I will try to make the meet and greet.

Aww it's way more tagged up since the last time I was there. I like that we both honed in on that pile of glass.

Yeah it had a pretty healthy dose of tagging, not surprising considering the security measures(or lack there of). From looking at your pics it looks like the whole place is getting quite trashed.

Very nice! Looks like they left a good amount of stuff there. I love the bike in #10.

Tagging like this I don't really mind; it almost adda character to some places like this, IMO. Sometimes not, but often you can tell someone spent some decent time and supplies on their 'art'

More often than not, though, you get idiots who spray things like '666 cocks en fuego' all over the walls in plain black script, and that starts to piss me off.

Nice set though, I like how you focused on some of the smaller details. I do like the dark sky, but sometimes sunny days can make excellent photos in places like this too! See the last thread about the nursery for an example

I enjoy the artistic graffiti as well and I agree, we could all do with less of the satanic flaming dong "art".

I was up snowboarding yesterday and happened to spy this place- I usually go a different route but went this way to avoid traffic, funny that it was so close the whole time. Beware of furries, I passed one on a nearby trail as I was approaching

Didn't do any post on these, sorry they're not beautiful

As evidenced by this pic, the place was hoppin'
There were at least 4 other people there, some exploring and some picking up bricks to take home
Sorry there are no interior pics, as soon as I entered the office I heard someone above me say, "You're gonna have to dance for it" so I promptly left. Not the day I wanted to encounter meth heads

LOL! Yeah, when you hear that, it's time to GTFO!

Either that or start dancing...

This place looks fantastic. Industrial equipment and decay go well together, photographically at least.

That's a pretty cool looking place. I see that there may be something somewhat similar to this in my neck of the woods. I just wouldnt want to check it out alone.

Cool photos. Love the one with Ketchup.
