I think the reason they elevated me so precipitously is my advanced age. They were probably worried that I'd kick the bucket waiting otherwise, which would have made UER look bad.

A dead MOD while very sad, especially for the deceased one. couldn't be any worse than a few of the mean spirited asshat ones that don't seem to be around any longer. Although maybe they are still around? I haven't been on this site as much as I used to be.

Anyway, Ganesha, and all you others, I wish you many long and happy years at your posts..... Especially you Ganesha.

	We looked at every application thoroughly without regards to the amount of time they had been a member. We could definitely benefit from the perspectives of people who haven't had a chance to be bogged down by our shenanigans... yet. I am super excited about our new mods, and even more happy about how many qualified members were willing to step up to this thankless job. UER is awesome! yayy.
