This sad little single-screen cinema is about the only interesting building in the whole area where it sits, but it's hidden away, rotting behind the loading dock area of a generic suburban shopping plaza.

The whole floor was covered with soggy ceiling panels.

The writing lied, all the beer was gone.

Overall, the place was mostly just wet and didn't have nearly as much tagging or destruction as I'd expect. There were some long-abandoned squatter remnants, but I'm guessing whoever it was cleared out as the place became unbearably damp.
Update for a little research. Apparently it first opened in 1965 and played its last movie in 1990. A guy bought it at that point and cleared out the seats to open an RC slot car track. That lasted less than a year before going out of business, and the place has been abandoned since. The brokerage company that owns it is trying to sell the lot, and have the cinema demolished to make way for a hotel. They say the current building is "beyond repair," and I'd tend to agree with them.
