Recent devellopments

Well the year 2014 was a great one for me, i went on my first explore of the new year on new years day; a small place but still not too bad for trudging through knee deep snow to get there.

On my birthday I revisited a cool place wich used to house a karting track and a miniputt course i thought it was just closed but the place had been roughed up by local punks. it was a cool place since all my birthday parties happened there until 2 years previous.

Then i went to a well known spot in smiths falls, it was a pretty successful explore and the first time i had ever encountered wildlife in a abandonment. Of course it was just a shitload of pigeons but you still get the point. By the way this was only in early july so there was alot of exploring to come.

By the time i came around to my next explore it was mid august and i went to a place really close to home and had a fun little day, wasnt spectacular but still you get the point.

The latest explore as of writing this was a radar facility dating back to the coldest days of the cold war, it was part of the mid canada line. it was a shell of its former self. but it was a really cool explore since the radar mast and the arrays on it were still in place. it was a cool explore for me in particular since i am a huge cold war buff.

In the very near future i will be heading north in order to explore another radar station. but for now i have to brace for the harsh canadian winter on its way.

till next time (whenever that may be)
