^Wow, that is stunning. I'm curious as to what kind of post was done.

@arsytee Thanks! Heres the original. I crushed the blacks, got rid of some extra lights on the side, painstakingly got rid of the lightpoles, little saturation boost, and topped it off with a 16x9 crop. Settings were F/13 ISO 100 and a 30 second exposure with an ND 10 filter up front.
