	they finally opened it for leasing and i went in and walked around...beautiful! does anyone have pictures of the old place, pre renovation? or a link to them? the developer mentioned a group had come in and taken photos with permission-- was wondering if it was one of you guys.

	My friends threw a rave in there before they started turning it into lofts. Still kick myself in the butt for missing this one.

	Lolz Apparently now they're keeping the local grafitti and charging an insane amount for the lofts because they're the genuine oakland experience. Gentrification to the max.

Now the graffiti artists will all sue that their art is being used as a "showcase" without their permission.
