Military Air-Force Base
entry by Kasual_Kalamity

I was following this winding back road for about 15 mi, and it was beginning to seem like it had no purpose. Eventually the road came to a dead end where there were many standing structures. The doors were snowed in and there was no sign of recent entry or exit. What interested me the most was this dome like structure that overlooked all the other buildings. There was a barbed wire fence surrounding only the biggest structure. Yet how secure is a barbed wire fence when the front gate is open.

Not completely sure what these facilities were used for... Any Ideas?

The big round thing I would assume is a radar.
