Teufelsberg "Devil's Mountain" in Berlin
entry by Itcher

An abandoned former CIA listening tower built on the post-WWII rubble of the city of Berlin, piled on top of a Nazi bunker that was too well-built for dynamite.

There are often holes in the surrounding fences one can squeeze through to
have a look around. Today, they have all been wired shut, and there is a
"tour-guide" greeting people at the front gate. For ten Euro you can go on
the tour.

Definitely worth the Euros, but it would be nice to have the time and
freedom to wander a little.
