Its mostly just the boiler room for an industrial type site, nothing too amazing. There were lots and LOTS of climby type things to be had with catwalks and different levels to see. Straight pipes, curvy pipes, as much colorful graffiti as you likes, nice old crumbly brickwork if you please and a ton of crunchy asbestos to make you sneeze, and boats. Did I mention the boat? In any abandoned building finding boats just make everything that much better.
