4th of July, 2004: Nie Mówie Po Polsku

Well, everything is packed I hope and tomorrow we hit the road and start heading to Poland. Two days of travelling through the Baltic States, before we reach Krakow. I wonder how much we will be able to sleep during the first night, as we cross two borders during the night and of course we will be waken up to show our "propuska's"

Other than that, I really look forward of seeing Vilnus and of course Krakow. I've now checked about hundred times, that our tickets are the correct one's and that the dates and times mach together...a bit nervous yes...

Also our big backpack has now been checked several times as is my camera bag. Like I've said it before, I like to be thorough that everything goes as planned, as I really don't want to sleep in a vast prairie, in some part of Poland.

Few "exploration" (photographing) targets for us in Poland will be of course Auschwitz, Wieliczka Salt Mines, Eagle Nest Castles (nine of them around Krakow) and everything else that might seem interesting.

See you in two weeks...and if not...well
