Just take a look at the State of New York. The seven round magazine limit is a de facto ban until gun manufacturers start making seven round magazines.

mag cap limit is retarded. i can reload my wheel gun with a speed loader faster than i can swap mags. 6 rounds, 8 rounds, 30... whats the difference? the new law (if it makes it all the way) would make your grand daddys winchester lever action built in 1890 illegal due to its capacity of over 7 rounds- so what now? turn it in for a $50 gas card? hide it in the ground under the dog house in the back yard? have it modified? or reclass it as a C&R?

chicago has a handgun ban and leads the nation inmurders. <---- proof that gun control works well for the criminal who has a free field of fire on unarmed citizens.

we have enough gun control, we need idiot control.

i say, at 18 get shipped out for min 2 years military- let them sort out what kind of freak you are and see how you deal with stress and guns.

the media, most people can name 2-5 of the last 10 mass murderers names because the media blasted them out 24/7 for weeks after the event. yet no news channels blasted any thing about the more recent shooting where an off duty police officer stopped another mass shooting in a theater.... or.... any of these events. why? because that goes against the agenda of the govt. telling its people that guns should only be in the hands of the cops or the military.

guns are only as bad as the person holding it. just like a knife, car, or baseball bat.

http://www.mysanan...ooting-4122668.php

"– Mayan Palace Theater, San Antonio, Texas, this week: Jesus Manuel Garcia shoots at a movie theater, a police car and bystanders from the nearby China Garden restaurant; as he enters the movie theater, guns blazing, an armed off-duty cop shoots Garcia four times, stopping the attack. Total dead: Zero.

– Winnemucca, Nev., 2008: Ernesto Villagomez opens fire in a crowded restaurant; concealed carry permit-holder shoots him dead. Total dead: Two. (I’m excluding the shooters’ deaths in these examples.)

– Appalachian School of Law, 2002: Crazed immigrant shoots the dean and a professor, then begins shooting students; as he goes for more ammunition, two armed students point their guns at him, allowing a third to tackle him. Total dead: Three.

– Santee, Calif., 2001: Student begins shooting his classmates — as well as the “trained campus supervisor”; an off-duty cop who happened to be bringing his daughter to school that day points his gun at the shooter, holding him until more police arrive. Total dead: Two.

– Pearl High School, Mississippi, 1997: After shooting several people at his high school, student heads for the junior high school; assistant principal Joel Myrick retrieves a .45 pistol from his car and points it at the gunman’s head, ending the murder spree. Total dead: Two.

– Edinboro, Pa., 1998: A student shoots up a junior high school dance being held at a restaurant; restaurant owner pulls out his shotgun and stops the gunman. Total dead: One."

what about oklahoma city? timothy mcvay did not use a gun. and waco? 76 men women and children were killed by the ATF... who went to jail for that? the govt want you not to be able to have guns. the govt is retarded.

dhs purchased 450 million rounds of hollow point ammunition for "target practice" who shoots that kind of ammo at paper? if you dont know what a hollow point is for- google it. the ATF sold weapons to the mexican drug lords... WTF?
ollie north iran/contra.... the list goes on and on and on...

both of these rifles fire the same round, have the same capacity and are used and owned by americans for what ever reason they want. the top on is illegal in california because it has a pistol grip handle.

i could go on, but i wont. im tired and i need to clean my rifle... where is my tin-foil hat?

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.

This figure is now up to at least 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition when including the SS administration and NOAA among others. 1.6 BILLION!

Truly disturbing when you consider that hollow points have been outlawed by the Geneva convention for use on the battlefield for many years (Yes I know we have not ratified it since 1949) and the U.S. Military does NOT use JHP ammo.

Happen to have some extra tin foil?

(DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!)

you get this:

add some cool jewels:

sell as ear rings or other jewelry

I don't think this is what the DHS is up to...

Chicago has some of the toughest handgun laws in the country.... gun control is clearly working there.
