As Todd said, if you get busted - don't run. They WILL get you, and your life won't be easy. A resisting arrest charge is criminal, which means you'll get a criminal record, which isn't good for anyone. Just deal with the 70 bucks. Same goes with any guard company. They can issue tickets. Securitas, for example, can issue Trespass notices, Parking Tickets, etc... - all that are endorsed by the City of Toronto, which means if you don't pay them, you have the real cops knocking on your door. It REALLY pisses me off to no end all these people who assume "Guards can't do anything, they can't touch you" - that's just *NOT* the case. The law grants alot of authority to guards. The trick is knowing that authority, and knowing the laws, etc... -Ex
