8 out of 10 for this place is bullshit. After all 10 is only "good" Come on people. This place is now on my list of "places to tour". It looks awesome to me. Screw you folks who won't rate the location "good".
The content is there.
The photos are above average, i.e. good.
The coolness, at least to me is great.

Agreed. It looks wonderful. There is an abandoned hotel (the Wicklife Hotel) here in Davenport, but the building itself is not half as beautiful as that one.

I agree 100% this place is all 10. It looks like it used to be a mill or something, renovated in to a hotel.

No, it was purpose built as a hotel.

Definitely a worth while destination if you're not too far.soem of the floors in the taller building get repetitous but the view from the roof is to die for.

The lower floors are packed full of interesting 'artifacts' and the building in daylight is incredibly photogenic.
