I'm using Google Earth and I'm having a bit of trouble finding this one. Could someone provide a street address sort of close to the place? Thanks in advance, yadda yadda yadda. ;)

Drive on 7th street. When you hit the bridge going into Downtown Los Angeles, instead of going over the bridge, go down on the street to your right. There is a large building. Park in the parking lot, Go throug the hole in the fence with your ladder and avoid the rail police. Better to go at night, but you also have to worry about vagrants.

Rail police WILL give you hard time so avoid them if you can.
