	Hey all, I took a spin by this area today and couldn't locate the chalet. The whole area is a new sub-division now, so it looks like it's history, unfortunately.

	I also took a look by the area today on my 2nd UE adventure. It's gone new sub division now takes over, all that's left is wood in an empty lot!
