I think I have brought this up back when UER was much smaller. This store was closed in '2000 or so .. by mistake. Before the bankruptcy, Kmart was leaning out, and cutting underperforming stores. It turns out some bean counter dropped the ball and f'd up big time, he mixed up the store numbers and now what you see is the result.
