	The Boardwalk itself has been completely renewed. Most of the units along the Boardwalk were open for the Summer season. The Casino is open to walk through but the rest of the building is boarded up, pending the start of renovation work. There's a lot of building work going on along the waterfront area, condos, homes etc. SC
