Not sure when this spot was last explored, but keep a eye out for the migrant workers from the nearby farms who have taken up residence inside the office space inside.
We even found a weight-bench inside (which is truly bizarre), and the staircases were all inaccessable. Who ever is living in there can sure bench ALOT.

When I was at this place there was a ton of personal belongings there. Although it didnt look like anyone was living there, just using it for storage. As for the Weight bench I dont remember that.
