	Yes, the Art Deco style buildings will remain. I was there about a week ago. I shot a ton of pictures. The demo has actually given me access to areas that were previously very difficult to get to. here are a few shots: http://www.uer.ca/...urrpage=1&pp#post0

I would consider going Sunday morning. They may work Saturdays. The supply business behind the property is also closed Sundays.

The shape of most of the deco buildings is pretty bad, they will have to be gutted, only the the brick exterior walls are any good. The one that had the ballet in it is the best one, that one isn't bad. But the others all have collapsed floors/roofs.
